In this presentation, Chief Operating Officer, Cathy Barr will provide an overview of the influences driving change in the post-acute care environment with a focus on how to leverage change for positive outcomes.  Barr will highlight three specific ways these changes will influence post-acute care in the future – focus, flow and innovation and will offer a case study demonstrating the impact innovation is having on patient care, quality and satisfaction.
