After 30 years of promises for new Conditions of Participation (CoPs) and several attempts at implementation, home health agencies will finally see the implementation. Some provisions of the CoPs are already in effect but the majority will become effective on January 13, 2018. These changes are numerous and very detailed. Join us as Jennifer Warfield BSN, COS-C, HCS-D delves into the specifics. Discussion will include implementation dates, specifics on how to be compliant and survey ready and discusses what the draft Interpretive guidelines says about each provision.

- Recognize and understand the new provisions and when to implement them
- Understand how these new provisions affect agency policies and state surveys
- Discuss the Draft Interpretive Guidelines

As a homecare coding specialist, OASIS specialist and registered nurse with 30 years of clinical and management experience, Jennifer is an informational ally for hundreds of home health agencies across the country. Well known as an ICD-9 coding and OASIS expert, she frequently conducts online and on-site educational workshops and is a regular guest speaker at numerous home care conferences throughout the country. Her expert knowledge plays an integral role in the analysis development of our OASIS analysis software, PPS Plus – OASIS Analysis Plus.
Continued Education Credits:
CEU Certificates will be provided at the end of the training, to those that have attended the program in full. This program has been designed to meet the continuing education requirements for the Minnesota Board of Nursing for 5 contact hours. Application is being made to the MN Board of Physical Therapy for MN-Category 1 continued education credits.

Cancellations must be in writing and received by MHCA on or before February 14, 2018 to receive a refund less a $25.00 cancellation fee (per registration). No refunds for cancellations made after the cancellation deadline or for no-shows. Please notify Annie at email@example.com of any name changes.
